Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of industrial security experience supporting cleared federal contractors.
• Experience implementing physical security requirements under NISPOM, ICD-705, and government directives.
• Experience supporting secure facility construction, accreditation, or modifications.
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the corporate physical security program across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate facility construction, accreditation, and maintenance with stakeholders.
• Oversee electronic security systems, access control, and alarm systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support government inspections.
• Lead incident response and risk mitigation activities.
