Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 7–10 years of experience in infrastructure or capital projects.
• Experience with facility expansions, cleanrooms, or major infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO standards.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Lead site infrastructure, facilities, maintenance, and engineering services to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Oversee facility expansions and CAPEX construction projects from planning through execution and handover.
• Manage building systems, HVAC, critical utilities to ensure reliable operations.
• Develop and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, project schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee contractors, engineering partners, and external vendors during projects.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop engineering and facilities personnel and improve team performance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, EHS, and stakeholders for site operations and expansion.
