Job summary

IDEMIA Public Security in the United States seeks a Director of Secure Credential Design & Delivery to lead end-to-end programs across design, software, QA and manufacturing. Reporting to the CTO, you will drive cross-functional execution and deliver complex credential solutions from concept through production.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled acceleration, structured program management, and data-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• BA or BS with 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Pass background screening and required credentials.
• Must be a sole US citizen without Dual citizenship.
• Experience spanning product / design, manufacturing, and software development lifecycle (Agile or hybrid).
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, QA, and program management.
• Executive communication and experience engaging with customer PMOs and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of secure credential programs from concept through factory production and go-live.
• Develop and manage integrated, cross-functional program schedules.
• Drive risk management, dependency resolution, and change control.
• Daily stand-ups and executive reviews with status reporting.
• Interface with customer PMOs and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
