Job summary

YMCA of Collier County | Naples seeks a School Age Program Manager to oversee the school-age program operations at multiple sites. You will manage day-to-day administration, ensure licensing compliance with DCF/ELC, monitor budgets, and lead staff scheduling and development to meet association goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Director’s Credentials, and ADA compliance understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• One to two years related experience (e.g., supervisor or coordinator of child care programs) preferred.
• Director’s Credentials required.
• Minimum age of 25.

• Must be able to meet the Association’s background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administers, leads, and manages the total operation of school-age out of school programs at designated sites, including developing and monitoring the program budget; compiling program statistics; securing facilities; scheduling activities; supervising staffing; maintaining records.
• Ensures program services meet community needs and quality programming requirements; supervises activities; expands the program within the community as needed.
• Assists in the marketing and distribution of program information.
• Assures compliance with federal, state and local regulations and safety procedures; ensures licensing requirements are met.
• Monitors fee collection and works with Site Supervisors to maintain zero outstanding balances.
• Maintains program plans and records; ensures accurate employee and volunteer records; electronic recordkeeping per policy.
• Understand and monitor the budget; communicate variances and exercise expense controls.
• Handle emergency incidents and submit proper documentation.
• Assist with grant reporting and finding grants; ensure grant requirements are met.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure mandated ratios; cover locations as needed.
