Job summary

Terabase Energy seeks a Director, Portfolio Delivery to lead the SCADA program, directing strategy, governance, and scalable delivery across a global team of project managers and analysts. You will own executive-level client relationships and coordinate with Product, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance to ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and financial performance, with travel up to 25% to US-based project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, energy, or related field.
• 10+ years in project or operations management in solar/renewable energy or related fields; SCADA experience preferred.
• 5+ years of people leadership, including managing managers or cross-functional teams; experience with remote, international teams.
• Proven financial acumen: ROI analyses, budgets, and cost/pricing models.
• Experience owning executive customer relationships and MSA negotiations.
• Hands-on ERP/PLM experience (NetSuite, Arena) and PM tools (JIRA/Confluence/MS Project/Salesforce).
• Strong communication, executive presence; able to influence across levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% US-based sites; remote/hybrid ok.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and operating model for SCADA projects and establish governance for scalable delivery.
• Identify risks and growth challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Represent SCADA in executive forums and planning initiatives.
• Own senior Terabase relationships across a portfolio from booking to delivery.
• Lead workshops to improve delivery experience and customer success.
• Collaborate with Sales on deal reviews and account expansion.
• Lead a global team of managers, PMs, coordinators, and analysts; develop talent.
• Define roles and build bench strength; oversee hiring and workforce planning.
• Own the PM playbook and standardize readiness reviews and tracking.
• Manage project delivery tech stack (NetSuite, Arena) for efficiency and dashboards.
• Manage P&L with OT BU; revenue recognition and resource utilization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and bookings; build ROI cases.
• Oversee billing, collections, and procurement; control spend.
• Own portfolio schedule and KPI reporting for leadership; close loop on surveys.
