Job summary

Revlon in Oxford, NC is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage production and inventory planning for assigned SKUs across domestic and international markets. You will develop master production plans, coordinate with suppliers and TPMs, and monitor service levels to ensure on time delivery.

This hybrid role requires a BA/BS or 5 years related experience, plus knowledge of MRP/MPS, SAP, and strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 5 years related work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of computer-based manufacturing systems (MRP, MPS, Manugistics, SAP).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate a production plan or supply plan and/or Master Production Plan as needed.
• Provide delivery commitments on materials and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Monitor service levels by SKU and report issues.
• Perform supply/demand analysis for short and long term.
• Coordinate production sourcing moves to meet objectives.
• Develop inventory targets and manage tasks to ensure optimal levels.
• Maintain inventory targets while sustaining high service levels.
• Review forecast with Demand Planning, Sales, and Marketing to identify gaps.
• Support S&OP meetings with KPI reviews and scenario analyses.
