Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Oxford, NC, hybrid role combining planning for finished goods and TPMs. You will develop production and supply plans, manage inventory targets, and collaborate across internal teams and suppliers to maintain service levels.

The role requires a BA/BS or 5 years related experience, strong knowledge of SAP/MRP/MPS/Manugistics, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Base pay range highlighted with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 5 years related work experience.
• Proficiency with MRP, MPS, Manugistics and SAP.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate a production plan and/or supply plan and/or Master Production Plan to suppliers, partners, and TPMs.
• Provide delivery commitments on materials and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet on-time, in-full targets.
• Monitor service levels by SKU/item and report issues; partner with Demand Planning and Customer Logistics to resolve constraints.
• Perform short- and long-term supply/demand analysis and compare against RCCP.
• Develop run strategies, evaluate service/cost options, and align system parameters.
• Coordinate production sourcing moves to meet objectives and manage inventory targets.
• Maintain inventory at target levels while ensuring high service levels.
