Job summary

Neocol in the United States seeks a Director, Technical Architecture and Development to lead architects and developers, set technical direction on client engagements, and own delivery quality. You will also drive pre-sales leadership, internal initiatives, and help grow the practice with executive presence and client-facing engagements.

Expect roughly half billable work as hands-on architect and rest on leadership, strategy, and people development across Salesforce-focused engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and architecting Salesforce solutions.
• Consulting experience with client-facing delivery at a Salesforce partner or consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: set standards across engagements, drive Revenue Lifecycle Management transformations.
• Delivery Leadership: oversee quality, identify risks, manage client expectations and complex problems.
• Pre-Sales and Internal Initiatives: lead pre-sales technical solutioning, scoping, and internal initiatives.
• People Leadership and Mentorship: train and mentor developers and architects, support growth from developer to solution architect.
