Neocol in the United States seeks a Director, Technical Architecture and Development to lead architects and developers, set technical direction on client engagements, and own delivery outcomes. You will split time between hands-on architectural work and pre-sales leadership, drive internal initiatives, and help grow the team as the practice scales.

Competenze

• 8+ years on Salesforce platform building and architecting solutions.
• Consulting experience required with client-facing delivery at a Salesforce partner or consultancy.
• Hands-on experience delivering Revenue Cloud / Revenue Lifecycle Management implementations.
• 3+ years in a leadership role (lead architect / team lead).
• Pre-sales experience including technical solutioning, scoping, and estimation.
• Platform Developer I/II and at least one architect-level certification; CTA progress a plus.
• Experience designing multi-cloud architectures and integrations with ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong Git/GitHub knowledge and deployment across environments.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Understanding of SOWs, margins, and utilization in consulting engagements.
• Based in the United States and able to work US business hours.
• Executive presence with client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and clients.

Mansioni

• Set and uphold technical standards across client engagements including solution design and deployment approaches.
• Lead Revenue Lifecycle Management transformations and guide architectures.
• Review designs and code, offering practical guidance to architects and developers.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business stakeholders on security, performance, and governance.
• Design solutions and integrations with ERP, CRM, and billing platforms.
• Act as escalation point for complex problems and hands-on architect when needed.
• Oversee delivery quality, design, build, and deployment readiness for projects.
• Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation with project teams and clients.
• Lead pre-sales technical solutioning, scoping, and customer conversations (incl. Salesforce).
• Lead internal initiatives for new offerings, tooling, and process improvements.
• Help recruit and onboard technical team members and close gaps in processes.
• Mentor developers and architects; run enablement sessions on cross-cloud architecture and Revenue Cloud.
