Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a Director of Sales Support to elevate and scale the Sales Support function for Lennox Commercial North America. You will partner with senior leaders to set strategy, standardize processes, and drive CRM and ERP platform improvements across a $1B+ business in the US and Canada.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and a customer-first culture, while developing talent and leading organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• Successful 8+ year track record in customer relations, business management, operations, sales support, or related leadership roles, with demonstrated experience improving processes, service levels, productivity, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear Sales Support strategy that strengthens customer relationships and improves responsiveness.
• Create standard work to deliver consistency and efficiency while empowering employees to use judgment.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance to remove barriers and improve end-to-end execution.
• Oversee quote and order management processes and drive CRM, SAP, quoting, and ordering improvements.
