Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking an enterprise Sales Operations leader to drive strategy, governance, and operating disciplines that ensure consistent sales execution and growth across the commercial organization.

This role establishes the sales performance management framework, directs KPI governance, forecasting, scorecards, rep reviews, and productivity analysis, serving as a strategic advisor to field leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5–8+ years in sales operations or analytics.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Ability to lead analysts and manage cross-functional teams.
• Healthcare sector familiarity (GPOs) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise KPI framework and governance.
• Standardize forecast processes and performance scorecards.
• Lead weekly/monthly forecasting and risk assessment.
• Manage quota attainment, pipeline and productivity metrics.
• Coach sales leadership and drive improvements.
