As a strategic advisor, you will drive actionable insights and standardized processes while partnering with Finance, CRM, and Sales Ops to improve performance. Remote-US eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-8+ years in sales operations or analytics.
• Strong analytics for pipeline, forecasting and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead KPI framework, governance, and reporting cadence.
• Own forecasting packages and visibility of risk and opportunity.
• Develop quarterly coaching and performance reviews.
• Provide insights to executives and cross-functional partners.
