Location: The Manhattan at Times Square, located on Seventh Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, offers 659 oversized guestrooms, including Executive Class accommodations on the 18th floor with modern amenities.
Overview: The hotel, with 680 rooms, is undergoing a renovation and transition into the IHG brand family. Enhancements include a new full-service restaurant and upgraded amenities. The Director of Sales & Marketing will lead revenue strategies for segments including group, transient, and catering, analyze market trends, and oversee sales teams to meet or exceed revenue goals. Responsibilities also include developing marketing plans, managing budgets, and positioning the hotel effectively in the market.
