In this highly visible leadership role, you'll transform sales data into strategic decisions that drive growth across North America, partnering closely with senior sales leaders to create a single source of truth for performance, forecasting and pipeline health. Your insights will influence executive decision-making, strengthen sales effectiveness, accelerate revenue growth and unlock new opportunities through automation, analytics and artificial intelligence. By empowering leaders with meaningful data and actionable recommendations, you'll play a critical role in advancing Global Payments' mission to deliver innovative solutions that help businesses thrive in an increasingly connected world.

What you'll own

• Drive sales performance visibility across North America, delivering trusted insights and performance metrics that empower leaders to make faster, data-driven decisions and accelerate business growth.
• Shape the future of the sales revenue engine, establishing consistent key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting standards that improve alignment, accountability and forecasting accuracy across channels and regions.
• Lead automation and analytics innovation, streamlining reporting processes and leveraging advanced data solutions to increase efficiency, unlock deeper insights and maximize organizational impact.
• Influence strategic growth decisions, providing executive-level analysis and storytelling that identify opportunities to strengthen pipeline performance, optimize revenue outcomes and improve commercial effectiveness.
• Champion data-driven transformation, advancing artificial intelligence (AI) and predictive analytics capabilities through high-quality data foundations that enable smarter planning, stronger performance and long-term competitive advantage.

What you'll bring

• Proven success leading sales analytics, sales performance or business intelligence functions, with experience guiding teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in translating complex data sets into actionable insights, recommendations and business outcomes that drive measurable results.
• Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce and a strong understanding of end-to-end sales funnel performance.
• Advanced analytical and data visualization capabilities, including experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or comparable platforms.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions, build alignment and confidently engage with senior leadership.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience developing automation, predictive analytics or artificial intelligence-driven solutions that improve sales effectiveness and business performance.
• Strong proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and data modeling to support scalable reporting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Experience partnering across Finance, Marketing, Sales Enablement and Commercial functions to deliver aligned insights and strategic recommendations.
