A leading company in Healthcare Provider IT/Digital Solutions seeks a REMOTE Director of Sales with over 12 years of IT sales experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic agility, a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, and the ability to sell complex IT solutions. This role involves addressing C-level executives and driving growth across various markets and industries, with a focus on new business development and client relationships.
We are currently seeking aREMOTE Director of Sales for our client’s Healthcare Provider IT/Digital Solutionsteam from anywhere in the United States.
The ideal candidate has 12+ years of IT Sales experience and strong relationships in Healthcare Provider industry. Additionally, a deep understanding of Information Technology and Digital Solutionssales and technology and/or professional services sales. Specific client knowledge of the modern complexities of business and technology, delivering the insights, solutions and outcomes that matter most. We deliver tangible business results by combining deep industry expertise with applied innovations in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services. This is primarily a hunter-type salesrole to generate, qualify, and closing new business at the C-Level decision makers.
Additional Qualifications And Responsibilities
· Ability and willingness to travel 40% of the time
· Applies an extremely deep understanding of business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs / challenges of assigned accounts
· Understands and applies long-term vision of business/ technology direction
· Drives services sales strategies that help drive exponential sales growth
· Recognized as an expert inHealthcare Providerservice solutions industry/industries
· Sells primarily complex managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services,and industry vertical solutions to include things like regulatory compliance solutions, digital solutions, mobile solutions, transformational services, managed services, application management/support.
· Demonstrated ability & success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $8million-Revenue/$16 million-TCV
· Demonstrated experience selling toHealthcare Providercustomer base
· Recognized as a thought leader on the industry, the business model and competitors
· Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence multipleC-levelexecutives within the customer organization
· Sells to large national and global accounts
· Focuses on selling services solutions across geographies, segments and / or industries
· Anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of services
· Design and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota
· Ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates boardroom executive presence
Basic Qualifications:
· Minimum of 12 years’ experience in IT Services sales and/or professional services sales
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling intoHealthcare Provider clients
