This role is for someone who thrives on solving complex healthcare challenges, is deeply networked in the Risk Adjustment space, and wants to play a pivotal role in a growing, agile company.

What You’ll Own

  • GTM Strategy & Execution:Refine and execute a go-to-market plan for MA and Medicaid clients, adapting to CMS changes and market trends.
  • Lead Generation & Closure:Own the sales funnel — from targeted outreach and relationship building to RFP management and deal closure.
  • Sales Infrastructure:Establish scalable sales processes, CRM workflows, pipeline reporting, and KPIs.
  • Team Enablement:Mentor and support a small, largely offshore team with limited sales experience; build internal confidence and capabilities.
  • Solution Positioning:Translate our offerings (retrieval, HCC coding, quality audits) intovalue-based conversationstied to RAF accuracy, RADV mitigation, and CMS compliance.
  • Client Education:Be a thought leader who helps clients navigate shifting CMS guidelines, tech adoption, and hybrid delivery models (e.g., AI, NLP coding tools, EMR integrations).
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of experience inB2B sales, growth, or solution leadershiproles inMedicare Advantage, Medicaid, orACO/Value-Based Care.
  • Strongnetwork of decision-makersin Risk Adjustment, Medical Coding, HIM, or Chart Retrieval within payer or MSO organizations.
  • Familiarity withCMS Risk Adjustment models, RADV audits, andcoding completeness metrics.
  • Ability to sell bothtraditional BPO servicesandintegrated tech-enabled solutions(AI/NLP coding platforms, EMR access workflows, automation frameworks).
  • Track record of buildingsales strategies from scratch, managing long cycles, and closing deals in the$500K–$2M range.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-ownership, hybrid onshore-offshore setup, where flexibility and a hands-on approach are essential.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on hustle — you build decks, follow up leads, and close business.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure toLegal Chart Retrieval services,HEDIS, or broader healthcare data ops.
  • Experience working with or selling toClearinghouses, MSOs, ACOs, or Provider groups.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or outreach platforms.
