Job Title: Director of Solutions Engineering – Cybersecurity Startup (US-Based)

Location: United States (Remote)

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Solutions Engineering to join a rapidly growing cybersecurity startup. The ideal candidate will have experience in early-stage cybersecurity companies, with a strong focus on go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and expertise in selling Kubernetes-based products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Solutions Engineering team, providing technical expertise throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and implement GTM strategies for Kubernetes-based products and solutions in collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Deliver product demos, presentations, and technical consultations to customers and prospects.
  • Act as a technical advisor, helping clients understand how our solutions meet their needs.
  • Create technical collateral and drive continuous improvements in sales enablement.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in Solutions Engineering within early-stage cybersecurity startups.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes-based products and solutions.
  • Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies to increase revenue.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and technical presentation skills.
