Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/market access experience.
• Experience building regional access teams.
• Experience with payer policy, prior authorization and denials.
• Ability to travel 50–60% in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch readiness for regional access in a rare disease program.
• Recruit, onboard and coach regional access team; establish KPIs and processes.
• Educate customers on payer requirements, prior authorization, coding, and formulary workflows.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to execute compliant regional strategies.
