HALO Branded Solutions is seeking a Director of Sales Development and Recruiting to enhance their talent acquisition and onboarding processes. This role involves strategic planning and collaboration with the Marketing team to achieve sales recruitment goals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new recruits. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in recruiting and sales development.

HALO is looking for a Director of Sales Development and Recruiting, who will prospect promotional industry salespeople and work with them through to onboarding at HALO Branded Solutions (HBS). In this pinnacle role, they will also partner with and direct HALO’s Regional Vice Presidents to identify opportunities for recruiting, acquisition, and M&A growth targets.
This is a remote position with a strong preference for talent in the West Coast/PST time zone.
