High-Ticket Sales Development Leader / Setter Manager | Golf Products | Drive $2M+ Monthly Revenue

We’re hiring a Setter Manager to lead and optimize our growing team of 10–15 high-performing appointment setters. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales development leader with experience in fast-paced, high-ticket online education, coaching, or performance-based sales environments.

Compensation

Base: $7,000–$10,000/month

OTE: $12,000–$17,000/month

About the Role

As the Setter Manager, you will build and lead a world-class outbound booking operation that consistently delivers qualified appointments to closers—supporting a minimum of $2M/month in revenue. You’ll own performance management, training, systems optimization, and process accountability.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in performance-driven cultures and has a proven track record in setting team success at scale.

Core Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead and manage a team of 10–15 setters to hit quota.
  • Run daily huddles, weekly 1:1s, and ongoing performance reviews.
  • Monitor KPIs across activity, conversion, and attendance.

Coaching & Training

  • Run daily roleplays and live feedback sessions.
  • Optimize scripts, objection handling, and lead qualification.
  • Maintain a high bar of execution across tonality, energy, and professionalism.

Revenue Enablement

  • Align setter activity with a $2M+/month sales pipeline.
  • Track lead flow, no-show rates, and handoff efficiency to closers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure high lead quality and volume.

Systems & Operations

  • Enforce CRM hygiene and data discipline.
  • Leverage tech and automations to maximize setter productivity.
  • Maintain all SOPs, playbooks, and training documentation.
  • Set the tone with strong work ethic, ownership, and results-first mentality.
  • Recognize top performance and address underperformance with urgency.
  • Drive a culture of feedback, accountability, and personal growth.

Success Metrics

  • 80%+ of setters consistently hitting quota
  • 70%+ show-up rate on booked calls
  • Setter pipeline supporting $2M+ in monthly revenue
