Qualifications

• Must possess active TS/SCI clearance.
• 7+ years of experience supporting DoD staff organizations or equivalent environments.
• Experience managing multiple high-visibility executive taskings and priorities.
• Experience preparing, coordinating, and staffing executive-level correspondence and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-priority executive taskings and suspense requirements from senior leadership.
• Maintain executive task-management systems (ETMS2, SharePoint).
• Develop and staff executive briefings, information papers, staff summaries, read-aheads, and talking points.
• Collaborate with program offices and external stakeholders to gather and validate information for executive responses.
• Support senior leadership meetings and decision forums with planning and follow-up.
