Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in process governance or digital transformation, minimum of 3 years in a regulated utility preferred.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement governance framework aligning business processes with technologies.
• Drive harmonization of processes and platforms for consistent operations.
• Translate corporate objectives into actionable governance roadmaps.
• Lead governance forums ensuring consistent decision-making and execution.
