Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience in payments/financial services.
• Strong understanding of payment products, operations, technology, and market dynamics.
• Ability to conduct customer and market discovery, define opportunities, build business cases, and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Translate RTP strategy into product plans and roadmaps for use cases/verticals.
• Own opportunities through discovery, business case, requirements, pilot, and launch.
• Lead market discovery with financial institutions, corporate users, and technology providers.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and launch enablement.
• Use data to monitor performance and adjust prioritization.
