Job summary

The Clearing House Payments Company L.L.C. is seeking a Director of RTP Business Product Management to translate strategy into focused product plans and market opportunities that drive customer value and network adoption.

You will own defined RTP use cases and lead work from market discovery through prioritization, pilot, launch, and commercialization in a hands-on product leader role. Expect collaboration with Sales, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams in a dynamic payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years in product mgmt, preferably payments/fintech.
• Strong knowledge of payment products, operations, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to conduct market discovery, build business cases, and translate strategy into plans.
• Demonstrated analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage risk and collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate RTP strategy into focused product plans and roadmaps.
• Own opportunities through product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Lead market discovery and engagement with financial institutions and partners.
• Develop clear positioning, value propositions, and launch enablement.
• Use data to prioritize opportunities and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead pilots, proofs of concept, and launch readiness activities.
• Apply first-line risk mindset and address product and market risks.
• Track regulatory, technology, and industry developments and translate insights.
