Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Director of Test & Evaluation – Robotics to lead end-to-end test and evaluation across unmanned hardware, driving integration of Lattice C2 and Collaborative Autonomy. You will scale automated SIL/HIL frameworks and field testing to accelerate mission-ready deployments and safety-critical verification.

Qualifications

• Extensive multi-domain testing experience across hardware and software.
• Proven track record building safety-critical test organizations.
• Ability to scale automated test pipelines (SIL/HIL) and field testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Flight Test Team and Test Engineering Team with mentorship.
• Define and refine flight test methodologies for autonomy via surrogate vehicles.
• Plan capacity for flight test capabilities to support growth and product initiatives.
• Drive V&V of Lattice C2 and Collaborative Autonomy behaviors.
• Architect and scale automated SIL, HIL, and regression test pipelines.
• Oversee live test execution, test infrastructure, range safety, telemetry pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and PM to align test strategies.
• Foster safety standards, regulatory adherence, and performance.
