Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Experience may substitute education.

• Directs and evaluates departmental operations including patient care delivery and service levels.
• Manages staffing activities: hiring, orientation, evaluation, disciplinary actions, ongoing education.
• Prepares and monitors departmental budget; coordinates internal/external audits.
• Fosters professional growth and integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
• Perform direct patient care nursing responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Applicants should have a current state RN license OR compact License with Utah endorsement.
