Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.

• Five to seven years of experience in Risk Management is required.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience in a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claim management functions including investigation and analysis.
• Perform risk assessments for new services and facilities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and track action plans.
• Manage the Patient Safety Council and integrate corporate TERM program.
• Collaborate with department directors and executive team on risk reduction strategies.
• Provide regulatory and compliance guidance, analysis, and reporting.
