Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Informatics (Performance Reporting & Insights) to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights driving provider performance and program efficiency.

The role blends customer-facing leadership with technical guidance across BI, AI, and analytics platforms, partnering with Market leads, Finance, Clinical, and IT teams to advance the reporting strategy.

Qualifications

10+ years of healthcare analytics, informatics, performance insights, actuarial, value-based, or business intelligence experience.
2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
Advanced experience with programming languages and BI platforms (SQL, Python; Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).

Responsibilities

Lead risk adjustment performance reporting with dashboards and KPIs at multiple levels.
Develop provider analytics to drive gap closure, engagement, and outcomes.
Champion AI, automation, and modern BI to modernize analytics platforms.
Oversee analytics delivery priorities, intake, and coordination across teams.
Lead and mentor an analytics and BI team to foster accountability and innovation.
