CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Informatics (Performance Reporting & Insights) to transform complex clinical and operational data into actionable insights that drive provider performance and program efficiency.

The role is customer-facing and will guide BI tooling, data storytelling, and AI-enabled analytics across Market leads, Finance, Clinical, and Operational partners. Strong leadership and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare analytics, informatics, performance insights, actuarial, value-based, or BI experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in analytics, reporting, or BI.
• Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
• Proficiency with programming languages (SQL, Python) and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
• Proven ability to lead complex analytics portfolios and establish priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk adjustment performance reporting with dashboards and insights for executives.
• Develop provider performance analytics to drive gap closure and risk adjustment outcomes.
• Drive analytics innovation, AI adoption, automation, and modern BI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Informatics, Data Engineering, and IT to build scalable analytics solutions.
• Establish KPI definitions, governance, and a trusted enterprise analytics framework.
• Oversee analytics delivery priorities and coordinate with stakeholders.
