Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare analytics, informatics, performance insights, actuarial, value-based, or BI experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or BI.
• Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
• Ability to lead complex analytics portfolios and maintain organized processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk adjustment analytics and BI solutions.
• Provide data storytelling and AI-driven insights for executives.
• Oversee analytics delivery priorities and coordinate with stakeholders across departments.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing analytics team (4–5 direct reports).
