Job summary

Epiq Solutions is seeking a Director of Engineering for the RF Applications team to drive government-aligned RF software solutions. You will lead, coach, and scale a high-performing engineering organization while aligning with product roadmaps and customer requirements.

You will partner with Product, Project Management, Operations, and Sales to deliver complex RF initiatives, ensure quality, and drive growth. A strong technical depth with people leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving growth.
• Strong background in RF software applications and architecture.
• Experience collaborating with product, program, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF Applications engineering across multiple disciplines.
• Set vision, priorities, and operating principles for the org.
• Partner with PM, PMO, Operations, and Sales to align objectives.
• Develop leadership bench and succession plans.
