Summary Statement
The Director of Revenue Optimization is a strategic leader responsible for maximizing enterprise-wide profitability through advanced analytics, insights, and data-driven decision-making. This role oversees analytics initiatives across all revenue streams—including rooms, casino, retail, F&B, hotel operations, pool, spa, and nightlife. The Director partners with senior executives and department heads to identify and capitalize on revenue and pricing opportunities and lead the development of predictive models and performance dashboards.

The Director partners with senior executives and department heads to identify and capitalize on revenue and pricing opportunities and lead the development of predictive models and performance dashboards.
Primary Job Duties: - Includes but is not limited to:
- Define and lead the revenue optimization strategy in alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize yield, pricing, and profitability across all lines of business.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align pricing and yield strategies with overall business goals.
- Lead the design and development of advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations for executive leadership and operational teams.
- Drive enterprise-level predictive modeling efforts, ensuring scalable implementation of advanced analytics across departments.
- Provide executive-level insights and recommendations based on data trends, competitor analysis, and revenue performance.
- Partner with IT to implement and enhance data warehousing, governance, and self-service BI tools across the enterprise.
- Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders in identifying strategic KPIs and shaping data-driven business decisions.
- Drive competitive intelligence efforts by evaluating industry trends, pricing models, and promotional strategies in the integrated resort space.
- Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Qualifications: - Includes but is not limited to:
- Demonstrated expertise in interpreting financial statements, revenue performance, and market analytics.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and translate data insights into actionable business strategy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence and polished professional demeanor.
- Deep understanding of enterprise data platforms, visualization tools, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Ability to maintain thorough knowledge of corporate policies, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, data science, computer science, finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Infor, Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience with SaaS, IDeaS revenue management systems, or other enterprise revenue optimization tools.
- Background in centralized labor scheduling or operational forecasting.
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education And Experience
- At least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of progressive experience in revenue management, business intelligence, or enterprise analytics, preferably in a multi-revenue stream environment.
- 3 years of experience in a senior leadership or director-level analytics role.

- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
