Guardant Health, a leading precision oncology company, seeks an experienced Revenue Cycle Management Systems and Analytics Associate Director in the US. You will lead a team of analysts, own improvement initiatives, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize billing across the Screening Reimbursement program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, analytics, and/or engineering leadership.
• Proven track record of leading multiple operational project executions with impactful outcomes.
• Solid understanding of insurance billing processes and regulations a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with ownership of large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Experienced with Excel (statistical functions), data visualization tools (Power BI, SFDC, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Manage team of systems and data analysts including coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day support.
• Own the department portfolio of improvement projects and ideas with clear metrics and prioritization.
• Provide technical guidance and act as SME on process improvements.
• Ensure data is used for performance monitoring and improvement measurements.
• Analyze data and generate reports for senior leadership to identify trends and issues.
• Stay up to date with billing industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Translate enterprise strategy into roadmaps and execution plans for KPIs and priorities.
• Develop multi-year capability plans supporting scale, automation, and growth.
• Manage reimbursement vendor relationships and systems strategy.
