Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics seeks a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst to maximize reimbursement, improve collections, reduce denials, and optimize revenue cycle processes across Eurofins Transplant Genomics and related units. You will perform claims research, contract management, and advanced Excel-based analytics.

The role requires managing billing, research into variances, and collaboration with Billing Operations, Finance, IT, and leadership to drive process improvements and better cash flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of healthcare billing, reimbursement, revenue cycle, or related experience.
• Experience analyzing billing, collections, denials, reimbursement data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required.
• Laboratory billing experience and familiarity with HIPAA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing activities for commercial, government, and managed care payers.
• Investigate denials, underpayments, and reimbursement variances to maximize collections.
• Develop and maintain reports on payer performance, denials, and revenue trends.
• Support contract administration, fee schedules, and payer enrollment processes.
• Partner with IT and business units to implement system enhancements and automation.
