Job summary

Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers seeks a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to oversee charging, billing, collections, and denial management for high-volume value-based reimbursement. You will lead front-end and back-end operations, ensuring Medicaid/Medicare compliance and strong cash flow.

The role requires strategic leadership, staff development, and collaboration with Finance, Clinical Operations, Contracting, and Quality to align revenue cycle performance with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Experience supporting FQHC operations and reimbursement, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Strong understanding of value-based payment models, alternative payment arrangements, and revenue recognition.
• Proven leadership experience managing business office and revenue cycle teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all revenue cycle functions (charge capture, billing, AR, cash posting, denial management, revenue integrity).
• Develop and execute revenue cycle strategies supporting value-based contracts and FQHC reimbursement methodologies.
• Partner with CFO as primary revenue cycle liaison with regular performance reporting.
