$125,278.40 - $200,449.60

Compensation is based on experience, market, and qualifications. The range provided is an estimate; actual pay may vary.

Job Summary

Directs development and implementation of practices, policies, and procedures for revenue cycle activities on the hospital side.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deploys, monitors, and upgrades analytic tools and processes.
  • Oversees outside consultants, including contract negotiations and third-party billing.
  • Manages departmental budgets and ensures compliance.
  • Supports quarterly revenue reviews and develops valuation recommendations.
  • Forecasts key metrics and produces impactful reports, ensuring data quality.
  • Promotes best practices and process improvements within scope.
  • Creates work plans to address gaps and shares best practices internally and externally.
  • Manages staffing activities such as recruitment, performance evaluation, and compensation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Experience

  • Seven years' experience, with five in leadership roles.
