We're looking for an experienced sales and relationship professional who can build, grow, and maintain relationships with major retailers across the country. You'll be selling our product, ProsperoSystem Network, to these retailers.
Your job will be to find new business opportunities and work with retail leaders such as CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Analytics Officers, and other decision-makers. You'll help them understand how our product can solve their business needs.
Your success will be based on how well you can find new opportunities and close campaign deals.
We started the Prospero model from scratch 17 years ago in the UK. That venture became Mastercard Europe's most successful payment card-based rewards program, providing the blueprint for most card-based retailer-funded incentive programs that followed in the UK and in Europe.
Prospero America Inc. has been in the US for 12 years. We've generated $1BN in spend through national brand retailer campaigns with our core product, ProsperoSystem. Our network access to marketable consumers is over 80 million strong. We've been consistently profitable, cash-generative, and have never borrowed a cent.

Tools We Use
We use macOS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) as our primary tools. While we prefer macOS, both macOS and Windows are supported. Comfort with these platforms is essential. HubSpot CRM experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Location: Remote: We all work remotely with team members from across the world; our offices are in Santa Clara County and HQ in Ardmore, PA.
You'll join the Retail Development team and work closely with Finance, Product, Analytics, and Design teams. The job starts with a 1-month trial period where both sides can evaluate the fit. If successful, this extends to a 3-month period. After that, we'll discuss long-term opportunities. Pay starts on an hourly basis plus commission, with details to be discussed during the interview.
