As a Partner Revenue Enablement Manager (individual contributor), you will lead Nutanix’s partner enablement strategy for our external partner ecosystem. You will focus on onboarding both technical and non-technical sellers, delivering impactful sales and co-sales resources, and measuring enablement effectiveness to drive partner-led revenue growth.
You have demonstrated success in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies and deeply understand what it takes to enable a successful partner company. Above all, you are passionate about making a meaningful impact and helping others achieve success.

The Revenue Enablement team supports a dynamic sales organization focused on cloud software and hyperconverged infrastructure solutions that make computing invisible anywhere. Nutanix software empowers companies worldwide to manage any application, at any location, at any scale—across private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
