Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or related analytical experience.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading planning, forecasting, close analysis, and executive decision support.
• Experience with operating-expense management, headcount planning, allocations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial agenda for HQ and IT operating expense aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Advise senior leaders on financial performance, risks, and opportunities; translate data into decision-ready insights.
• Lead planning, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly close with transparent performance framework.
• Develop and implement governance for expense allocations and cost stewardship.
• Provide financial leadership for technology road-maps, investments, and cost-benefit analyses.
