Director, Revenue Analytics
Location: Remote in the United States
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director, Revenue Analytics to lead insights that directly impact revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role will proactively develop a Revenue KPI and Insights framework to monitor performance, diagnose trends, and drive actionable strategies. Initially focused on pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales rep performance, ownership will expand to end-to-end revenue analytics (e.g., discounting, win/loss, customer health, renewals, ICP analysis). The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen, partnering closely with revenue leaders to ensure insights lead to adoption and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Align analytics with goals (e.g., ARR, Retention, CAC, LTV, Health, Capacity, Efficiency, etc.) through partnerships with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.
- Pipeline Creation, Coverage, and Conversion Analytics:
- Own the pipeline operating model for setting targets and measuring pipe performance. Diagnose trends, forecast accuracy, and identify trends to improve lead-to-close efficiency.
- Sales Performance Insights:
- Analyze rep/team productivity, quota attainment, and activity metrics to drive coaching and process improvements.
- Revenue KPI & Insights Framework:
- Proactively design, implement, and maintain a unified KPI framework to track revenue performance across the customer lifecycle.
- Partner with revenue leaders to socialize insights, drive adoption of recommendations, and measure impact on business outcomes.
- Advanced Revenue Analytics:
- Pricing/discounting strategies, win/loss root causes, customer health scoring, and renewal risk analysis.
- ICP refinement, onboarding effectiveness, and expansion opportunity identification.
- Tooling & Infrastructure:
- Develop dashboards in Power BI/SFDC and evolve systems (e.g., Snowflake, GCP, Azure data warehouses, ETL tools) for scalability.
- Leadership:
- Train and mentor cross-functional partners; potential to build a team as needs grow.
Qualifications- 7+ years in revenue analytics, revenue operations, or strategic finance; 2+ years in leadership.
- Proven success in pipeline optimization, conversion analysis, and sales performance diagnostics.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Power BI, Salesforce (SFDC), Excel, SQL, and ETL tools and processes.
- Experience with modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
- Proactive Communicator: Ability to distill complex data into clear insights and influence stakeholders to act.
- Track record of building KPI frameworks and driving adoption of analytics-driven strategies.
Preferred Qualifications- Hands-on experience scaling cloud data platforms (Snowflake, GCP, Azure) and reverse ETL tools.
- Background in SaaS/tech with exposure to ICP development, customer health scoring, or pricing analytics.
- Network of BI/analytics talent for future team growth.
