We are seeking a Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations to lead our GTM operational engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is a full-stack, hands-on role for a technical operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can build from zero, and is energized by real ownership.

Your Role as Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations

As the Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you will lead all aspects of revenue operations across the full customer lifecycle — from lead to close to renewal. You will serve as a strategic business partner and technical execution lead, managing CRM and tooling, building live reporting and forecasting, and ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and customer delivery. This is a player/coach role, with high individual ownership and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain revenue forecasting models by vertical (e.g., K-12 monitoring, Medicaid, Assistive Technology, Treatment, Underserved Youth)
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards across new business, renewal, and expansion
  • Partner with Finance and the CCO on quota setting, comp design, and growth modeling
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing, packaging, and deal structure across verticals
  • Analyze funnel conversion rates, CAC, and LTV to support strategic plannin

GTM Operations: Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

  • Own HubSpot architecture, data hygiene, pipeline stages, and automation rules
  • Build attribution and lead lifecycle reporting to support marketing ROI
  • Ensure sales team accountability on activities, follow-up, and CRM discipline
  • Support compensation plans, discounts, approval workflows, and rep enablement
  • Partner with CSMs to improve renewal pipeline visibility, onboarding SLAs, and CS tooling

Systems, Tools & Processes

  • Serve as primary admin for HubSpot and integrate with tools like Gong and Wordpress
  • Create scalable documentation, process playbooks, and operational process documentation
  • Lead tooling evaluations and vendor negotiations for commercial platforms
  • Oversee contract generation, invoicing workflows, and procurement infrastructure

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance
  • Serve as the objective “source of truth” for revenue performance
  • Establish and facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences with execs
  • Work directly with CCO to support board reporting, vertical prioritization, and GTM performance reviews

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or Business Strategy roles
  • Proven experience building from scratch in a high-growth SaaS
  • Strong HubSpot expertise required (CRM structure, workflows, reporting)
  • Analytical fluency: advanced in Excel/Sheets; bonus for SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Mode)
  • Demonstrated success supporting a diverse GTM org (Sales, Marketing, CS)
  • Experience developing compensation plans, pricing models, and strategic reporting
  • Strong project management and internal communications skills
  • Builder mindset: scrappy, adaptable, action-oriented
  • Experience with government procurement and funding processes
