Job summary

ADP is looking for a Director, Client Services (Retirement Services) to lead the Key Accounts Service team. You will manage approximately 40 team members, including 4 direct reports, driving service delivery excellence and strengthening client retention within Retirement Services.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation to design scalable service models, optimize performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes while fostering a culture of accountability and

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Client Services, Retirement Services, Relationship Management, or related field.
5+ years of leadership experience managing client-facing associates or teams.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business strategies.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and talent-acquisition skills.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to tell a data-driven story.

Responsibilities

Lead ~40 team members, including 4 direct reports, within the Retirement Services Key Accounts team.
Drive vision, execution, and performance of scalable advisor/partner service teams to grow capacity and improve outcomes.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation to deliver scalable support models and measurable business results.
Provide coaching and leadership development to build leadership depth and career pathways.
