Competenze

• 10+ years leading large-scale transformation in financial services or regulated industries.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity in fast-moving environments with multiple priorities.
• Proven track record of identifying, escalating, and resolving risks and issues while maintaining momentum.
• Strong experience aligning cross-functional teams to drive execution across enterprise functions.
• Excellent executive communication, presentations, and decision materials.

• Lead planning and execution for Retirement Plan Services modernization initiatives with business readiness.
• Coordinate with business, operations, product, tech, risk, HR, and client teams to align execution.
• Translate modernization objectives into actionable plans with timelines, ownership and deliverables.
• Lead change and readiness activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and adoption issues to keep milestones on track.
• Develop integrated project plans with milestones and readiness activities across workstreams.
• Support governance with executive updates, risk assessments and program status reports.
• Ensure new processes are embedded in day-to-day operations and client experiences.
