Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive retirement benefits experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing retirement programs.
Deep expertise in 401(k) administration, ERISA, fiduciary governance, investment oversight, and retirement operations.
Experience supporting retirement plans with assets exceeding $2 billion.
Demonstrated success managing external vendors, consultants, and recordkeepers.
Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills.
Excellent presentation and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the long-term strategy for retirement and financial wellness programs.
Lead retirement plan strategy and governance for a public company.
Oversee administration of 401(k) plans and ensure compliance testing.
Lead fiduciary governance and vendor relationships.
