Job summary

Fetch Pet Insurance is building a new Loyalty & Retention analytics team. You will own measurement, modeling, experimentation, and forecasting to understand why members leave and what keeps them.

Your work will drive lifecycle communications, channel quality, payment recovery, and save-desk priorities. You’ll own conclusions, defend them with evidence, and influence cross-functional teams to implement data-driven retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics with renewal-based business experience.
• Advanced SQL and data warehouse proficiency.
• Experience with retention and survival analysis concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define cancellation reasons, retention metrics, and related BI models.
• Analyze voluntary and involuntary churn with survival curves.
• Assess channel quality and campaign value for retention.
• Lead experiments and forecast retention across lifecycle.
• Present evidence-based conclusions to leadership.
