Job summary

Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Director of Restaurant Technology for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Americas. You will drive the strategic architecture and implementation of technology solutions across Popeyes restaurants, partnering with cross-functional teams to set direction and ensure successful delivery.

The role requires leading technical staff, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining robust deployment handoffs. On-site presence in Miami, FL is expected five days a week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in designing, developing, and supporting hardware, software, and network technology decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define technology solutions for Popeyes restaurants across POS, Back of House, and Digital technologies.
• Lead development of technology initiatives aligning with stakeholder priorities.
• Ensure QA processes (manual and automated) meet high reliability and performance standards.
• Manage vendors/partners to deliver innovative technology solutions with modern architecture.
• Maintain cross-functional technology project portfolio across Digital and Restaurant tech workstreams.
• Provide weekly and ad-hoc updates on new technology requests and portfolio to leadership.
• Review and enhance technology standardization from request to completion.
• Partner with deployment teams to ensure smooth handoff through design/build, QA, and deployment.
• Communicate technology plans clearly for training and support.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
