Job summary

Northern Montana Hospital in Havre, MT is seeking a Director of Respiratory Therapy and Sleep Lab to lead 24-hour RT and Sleep Lab operations. You will coordinate staffing, schedule coverage, review policies and procedures, and ensure high quality clinical services for patients with respiratory conditions.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating clinical and technical services, and providing direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a Montana-licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certified.
• Experience leading RT and sleep lab teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24-hour RT and Sleep Lab operations and staffing.
• Coordinate scheduling, policy reviews, and service delivery.
• Oversee daily clinical operations and interdepartmental coordination.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and set up respiratory equipment.
