Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of experience as an RCP with three years of supervisory experience.
• Licenses: RRT, RCP, BLS, ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Performs management responsibilities of selection, scheduling, supervision, retention, and evaluation of employees in the department.
• Provides development and mentoring of staff and conducts performance appraisals.
• Facilitates department process improvements and promotes teamwork and engagement.
• Manages budget compliance and staffing plans to meet department needs.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation/regulatory requirements and safety policies.
