Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in respiratory care is required.
• RCP license from the Texas Medical Board is required.
• RRT certification from NBRC is required.
• BLS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides 24-hour accountability for clinical, administrative, and HR activities across respiratory care and clinical support services.
• Ensures delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care within a family-centered care environment.
• Identifies and creates professional growth opportunities for leadership teams and staff.
• Leads and participates in performance improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Contributes to departmental budgeting, setting goals aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Builds and maintains relationships with senior leadership, medical staff, and cross-functional teams.
• Supports and improves the departmental work environment and staff engagement.
• Oversees development and implementation of clinical procedures and ensures staff competencies.
