Job summary

Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, CT seeks an experienced sales leader to oversee the Sales teams' operations and strategies. You will research market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Under the VP Resort Sales and Hotel, you will manage performance, mentor the team, and coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives with a strong focus on profitability and top-tier client service.

Under the direction of the Vice President Resort Sales and Hotel, the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates, directs activities of the Resort Sales department, participates in formulating and administering departmental policies and procedures and promotes top quality customer service. Bachelor degree in a related field as well as five (5) years of senior sales management experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must possess ability to exercise independent judgment and well-developed tactful problem-solving skills. Must possess interpersonal and negotiating skills necessary to manage others and communicate with all levels of management and clientele. Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive material. Ability to plan long-term goals and the financial knowledge necessary to develop and maintain detailed financial records. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk.

Located on the Mashantucket Pequot reservation, this position will be filled in accordance with Tribal law.
